Once I arrive at your property, I'll greet you and ask about any "areas of concern" that you'd like me to focus on. From there, I'll proceed with the inspection (2 - 3 hours), which includes, but is not limited to:

You will receive the results of your home inspection, including photos and observations, within 24 hours of your inspection. Compiled during the review, our report includes details about potential or existing issues in the home and exterior grounds. Should any problems require re-inspection, I will return to inspect the work, amend the inspection report, and re-submit it to you within 24 hours.
When inspecting your home, one of the critical areas we will focus on is your electrical system. By performing an electrical inspection, we ensure that your property's wiring (main panel, sub panels, outlets, etc.) is up to the standards of the electrical code. I will also inspect your breaker panel to make sure that all breakers (including GFCI and AFCI types) are installed correctly and that your circuits are properly interrupted when any breaker on the property is tripped.
Checking For Leaks
Another critical area that we check during your inspection is your plumbing. Leaky pipes can wreak havoc on your property, and other plumbing issues could lead to costly damages. That's why it is essential to perform a plumbing inspection when you are selling or buying your home, or when you suspect that there is an issue. All visual plumbing is inspected, and toilets, sinks, showers, tubs and the dishwasher are activated to ensure proper, leak-free operation and hot water delivery.
